Rounding up some of my favorite personality tests. Every test listed here is free. I’ll keep updating this list if I find more, so check back!
16 Personalities– Based on the Meyers-Briggs personality system, which is my favorite of all personality systems (enneagram comes in close second). Your 16 personalities report will give you a general overview of your type and information on your strengths and weaknesses.
Typology Central– another Meyers-Briggs test that focuses more on cognitive functions (mental processes). This test will tell you which cognitive functions you use most strongly and give a result based on that.
Eclectic Energies– This is the most frequently recommended enneagram test. The thing I’ve noticed with enneagram tests is sometimes you will score highly for more than one type. If that happens to you, The enneagram institute website is a good jump-off point for exploring enneagram types to see which one makes the most sense for you.
Love Language– Reading Gary Chapman’s “Love Languages” book was a lightbulb moment for me. It gave me a whole new insight into how I show love, how others show love, and how to reconcile different love languages in a relationship. Perspective breeds understanding. Take the quiz to find out your language but also read the book, cause it’s great.
Visual DNA– This test is a lot of fun. It’s visually based so you choose your answers based on images. In the end, it will give you a description and % scoring on various traits.
Career Explorer– This will tell you what careers you are best suited for. The test felt looonnnggg but the results were insightful and felt accurate.
Do you have a personality test that you love? Let me know in the comments and I’ll check It out.
